| FAQ... When and how will my J. Della & Co. items ship? Your fully insured package will be shipped via UPS (United Postal Service). All orders may take up to 48 hrs to ship, however most orders received by 2PM EST will generally ship that same day via UPS ground. You also have the option to ship 3-day, 2-day or Overnight for an additional charge calculated during checkout. We will do our best to ship all orders that arrive before 2PM EST. If you absolutely need an Overnight or Saturday delivery guaranteed, then you must speak to someone directly at J. Dell a& Co. Please call us at 631.587.0050. We do not guarantee any over night orders, it is up to UPS to get these to you and although they're 99% on time, life happens and sometimes overnight isn't 100%. All weekday orders (including requests for overnight) received after 2 pm PST will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will not ship out until Monday. *The above info does not apply to custom orders… please see those custom sections for this information. What is your return policy? If you don't like your purchase for any reason, we will issue you a refund, exchange or store credit. You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to return your items in original condition and with the original tags. Please be aware that all custom orders, seasonal, and sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
RETURNS If the merchandise is returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn with original tags attached we will refund your card - LESS THE COSTS OF THE RETURN SHIPPING.

#2 We will email you a return shipping label, so you don't have to stand in line at the post office.
#3 Drop your package at the nearest UPS store or drop box. (There will be a UPS location finder line in the email confirmation of your order.)

To exchange your item for a different size or color please call or email us with your request. You will be charged for the new item when it ships out and you will recieve a refund for the item you send back once we recieve it in its original state. We try to keep our website updated daily. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item. If the item is backordered we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible. J. Della & Co. is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning or washing. J. Della & Co. is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 14day return policy. Because we are a specialized online boutique please note that sale items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable. No refunds! jewels, and seasonal items such as holiday dresses and bathing suits are FINAL SALE. Sorry, no exceptions. How can I tracking my order? Once you have completed an order we will e-mail you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS http://www.ups.com to track your order. Can I ordering by phone? We have many items in our retail store that may not be in our online boutique. If you are looking for something special just give us a call or email and we can help! Will I pay sales tax? 8.65% sales tax applies to New York customers only. Transfer of Risk and Title When you order an item at jdella.com, the purchase is pursuant to a shipment contract. That means once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase passes to you. In the rare event UPS looses a package we will do all that we can to help but ultimately its between you and UPS to resolve. Do you ship internationally? We can ship to many international countries. If you are interested in international shipment, please contact us at 631-587-0050. If the country we are shipping to determines that a duty should be assessed on the items we are shipping, that duty is the customer’s responsibility to pay. Because we have no control over what a country will charge, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. Please note that in some countries these charges can be anywhere between 10 – 50 % of the price of the goods that you've purchased. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR OUR SHIPPING CHARGES, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. If you choose the “next day air” option, your order is not guaranteed to go out the next day— it will still take approximately 1-3 business days to ship the order out to you. If you do have a rush order, and need to receive a special gift the next day , please call or contact us at 631-587-0050. Next Day Air by UPS, Priced by weight, plus a $30.00 RUSH Fee providing the item(s) is in stock. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out, although we usually ship out within 1-2 days. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package, the price you are given when placing an online order is a rough estimate and sometimes it is necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card.
